I made my
first homemade King Cake! It was so yummy. I was excited about actually having to Kneed the dough! I felt this is a big step up from my normal cooking. I ended up making 4 over the season. The first one was very traditional. Then for the Super Bowl, I made a Who Dat King Cake(I need to find the pics of the Who Dat cake) and these were cream cheese filled! They was soo good I can not wait till next Mardi Gras Season to make some more. I also got to use my new Kitchen Aide mixer which was by far my favorite Christmas present.Sorry my pics are all messed up. I need some tutoring on adding pics to my blog.
